Where a course is purchased any personal data collected will be used to administer the driving course until you pass with flying colours!
We believe it’s ok to change your mind or think things over. In an instance where a course is not purchased and the correct marketing consents are gained, your personal information may be used in the future to offer our services.
If your mind is set then you reserve the right to opt out of marketing consents at any time by following the link in any message provided.
Upon leaving an enquiry through any other channel you are are opting into The Pass People’s servicing consents and any contact information provided will be used to offer our services for up to 10 working days
In the event that an enquiry has been started and personal details left but no purchase made, we may use the information provided to contact you for up to 10 working days in order to offer our services, if the privacy box has not been unticked.
